About us.
Since 1998, we have been developing software systems in Hackleburg. We can therefore call ourselves "old hands". A lot has happened in these two decades - we have gained endless experience and reinvented ourselves time and time again.
With our apps, we bring together those who are in contact with a property. We help to connect, work and communicate with each other in a paperless way.
We are eager to get started and use our enthusiasm, diligence and brainpower to design our products in a way that our customers will love.

Your tasks and responsibilities.
- Initial contact and technical support for external customers via phone, email or ticket system
- Analysis, prioritization and resolution of incoming IT requests and issues
- Creation and updating of manuals and knowledge databases
- Internal communication for troubleshooting and prevention of errors
What we expect from you.
- Successfully completed education in the IT field or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar role
