As an
Administrative Assistant within the Property Casualty Underwriting Division, you'll partner with division leaders and team members to meet our strategic objectives.

You'll showcase your organizational and design skills while supporting multiple areas and help the team achieve our business objectives. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate creative style in developing presentations that support division objectives for multiple audiences.


This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does an Administrative Assistant make an impact?

  • Performs confidential administrative duties relating to business matters or personnel issues; maintains confidential and sensitive information.
  • Responds to complaints; researches and resolves or refers to appropriate personnel.
  • Arranges meetings, conferences, special events, luncheons, etc.
  • Schedules appointments, maintains calendar of events, makes travel arrangements, monitors budgets, processes invoices etc.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office products.
  • Design and presentation development skills.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and report on data.
  • This is a senior lead level support role, which typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
