The Kambly brand is the most well-known and popular biscuit brand in Switzerland and is considered a global leader in quality and innovation in the premium segment of fine baked goods.

Since then, Kambly has also been producing at its location in Ravensburg, Germany.

For the start of the apprenticeship on September 1, 2024, we are looking for an apprentice as a specialist for food technology (m/f/d).

Training focus
The training as a specialist for food technology lasts 3 years. The theoretical training takes place in block lessons at the vocational school in Heilbronn.
Specialists for food technology produce industrially manufactured food and beverages according to given recipes and process flows. They prepare ingredients, set up and operate production machines/ systems. Your tasks include controlling and monitoring production and packaging processes as well as regular quality checks.
The apprenticeship at Kambly takes place in several training phases. The focus is on production (baking lines and final packaging), dough preparation and laboratory work.

Here, the entire production process is taught step by step, with insights into all areas involved from raw material acceptance to our finished fine baked goods.
