Job Description:

Job Coaches (m/f/d)

Full-time (39 hours) or part-time

Your tasks:

  • Conducting job application trainings in group settings
  • Providing individual support to participants in the career orientation and application process through oneonone coaching
  • Developing individual application strategies
  • Creating application documents
  • Acquiring internships, apprenticeships, or jobs
  • Supporting participants during their practical phases with employers
  • Preparing and following up on teaching units, as well as documentation

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree or vocational training with several years of work experience, preferably in the pedagogical field
  • Knowledge of current standards and trends in job application processes
  • Knowledge of requirements in the training and labor market
