Responsibilities:

Exciting tasks await you:

  • First point of contact for consulting and support of our own clients via phone (inbound)
  • Followup of phone calls in our ITsupported database and initiation of necessary activities
  • Management of email inboxes
  • Coordination of client appointments for our sales colleagues
  • Maintenance of data records in the database

Qualifications:

You are a specialist in:

  • Talking to people is your favorite thing to do
  • You are able to work through challenging situations and find solutions
  • You enjoy working in a diverse team and are excited to be a part of it
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German spelling and grammar
  • Resilience and high flexibility
  • Proficiency with computers
