Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) - Leeper, PA

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying, qualifying, and booking demos with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Motivation and drive to excel in a sales career, previous experience in sales or promotion is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personal ambition and a desire for continuous progress
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly become an expert in container logistics and international trade
  • Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are a bonus

Your tasks:

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls to leads
  • Engage with decisionmakers, present the value of xChange, and schedule demo calls for the sales team
  • Overcome objections and maintain a professional demeanor with prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with the marketing team to optimize lead qualification and
