Responsibilities:

  • Independently processing monthly payroll in SAP for a selected group of employees
  • Point of contact for employees, social security agencies, and authorities for all tax and social security-related questions
  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, creating references, contract and certification management
  • Handling independent tasks within HR activities
  • Participation in HR projects
  • Participation and independent completion of all activities related to personnel recruitment, support, and development

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally completed business administration studies
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
  • Thorough and independent work style
