Your Job


You will be part of a four-person HR team at the headquarters in Bristol, responsible for approximately 300 employees at multiple locations in Austria and worldwide.

After a thorough onboarding, your focus will be on HR development, including:


  • Leadership development
  • Planning and organizing training, onboarding, and mentoring programs
  • Liaison with educational institutions
  • Collaboration in the development of HR processes
  • Generating ideas, creating concepts, and implementing measures for employee retention and events
What You Need

  • Relevant education and/or experience
  • Fluency in German and English
