Your future responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the proper entry of bookings in SAP, ensuring smooth operations
  • You are the first point of contact for our customer regarding the system and ensure correct handling across all departments
  • You identify quality issues and proactively report them to enable appropriate measures to be taken
  • You organize reporting to the customer and support with invoicing
  • You report directly to the site manager in your role

Your profile:


  • Coordination is your strength
  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education
  • You have good user knowledge of SAP, ideally in the QM and logistics modules
  • You have a high level of expertise, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • You are highly organized and consider yourself to be resilient
  • A strong customer focus, commitment, and flexibility round out your profile
  • You have a good command of German and are willing to work shifts (early | late | night)
