  • Support in administrative personnel management, such as maintaining master data in our time tracking system, creating various documents such as employment contracts/addendums, maintaining overviews, managing employee benefits, etc.
  • Organizing the onboarding of new employees and handling personnel changes
  • Point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related issues
  • Location: Weimar (Germany) or Chomutov (Czech Republic), part-time employment (hours/week)
  • Training at the company headquarters in Germany

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • Education in the commercial field or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in HR is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Structured work style, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of Czech and good
