Our client is an online shop based in Saint Davids, PA that ensures the identity of the purchaser before shipping out their order.

Previously, this was done through the Postident procedure - the purchaser had to go to the post office, show their ID, and have a postal employee confirm the match.

Today, this process is done electronically: The user downloads an app and can start a video call with the company - and this is where you (m/f/d) come in: You will verify on behalf of the company if the person on the other end of the line matches their ID (which they will show to you on camera). As an additional security measure, you will also have a short questionnaire to go through with the user.

Once you are confident that the user and their ID match, you will update this information in the company's database and the ordered items will be shipped out.

As you can see, this is a relatively simple yet responsible task. Our client is offering this position in both part-time and full-time capacities, and it is also suitable for students. Previous experience is not necessary; a keen eye and good communication skills are all that is required.
