We are looking for you
- ideally, you have a completed (university) degree with a focus on human resource management, or a comparable education
- you have professional experience in the HR field, especially in recruiting and employee support
- you have experience in working with common social media platforms
- your personality is characterized by a confident demeanor
- you possess good communication and moderation skills
- strong teamwork, initiative and good self-management are natural for you
- and undoubtedly - you have a good sense for labor market developments as well as trends and innovations in recruiting and employer branding

Your tasks include
- creating and developing job and qualification profiles
- designing and optimizing job advertisements together with the departments
- developing and implementing innovative strategies for candidate acquisition and recruitment
- selecting media channels
- conducting job postings and ongoing updates
- managing the application process until contract conclusion
