Our Knowledge Services team is continuously growing.

At the heart of our firm, we manage all knowledge-related processes and work closely with the different practice groups within our firm.

With our lawyers in Germany and a strong presence in strategically relevant locations in Europe, our Corporate M&A team is involved in international Corporate/M&A transactions.

Our advice includes corporate law services for national and international technology companies, VC investors, startups, and corporate technology transactions, M&A, takeover offers, and joint ventures.

Our expectations of you:

• You have demonstrated your excellent legal skills through aboveaverage exams, and possibly also have an LL.M. and/or a PhD
• You are passionate about the field of Corporate M&A and have extensive practical knowledge gained through several years of professional experience, including working on mandates and transaction experience
