To support excellent research and teaching, a position as a Student Assistant DiLab Tutor (m/f/d) is available at the
Center for Teacher Education and
Subject Didactics in the Department of Didactic Innovation
starting in June 2024.

The position requires a commitment of 20 hours per month and offers a compensation of 13.25 euros per hour.


The position is located in the Department of Didactic Innovation, which focuses on developing didactic concepts for teachers based on current research in teaching and learning.

The department is responsible for the didactic innovation spaces "Classroom of the Future" and "Teachers' Room of the Future".


Your responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the student tutor team of the DiLab innovation spaces:
  • Support and assistance in DiLab events (e.g. leading stations on didactic potentials in the spaces; preparation and ensuring the functioning of technology during events)
  • Independent organization and implementation of the Open DiLab Hour(s)
  • Support in space organization (DiLab classrooms and teachers' rooms), maintenance and upkeep
  • Independent collaboration with lecturers and students as part of the "Book-MyTutor" program (mostly mediatechnical tasks)

Your profile

  • Students from the 2nd semester onwards, ideally with a focus on teacher education
  • Good (media) technical problemsolving skills and willingness to take responsibility in problemsolving
  • Confident handling of IT and media technology
  • Willingness to experiment and interest
