Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)


We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) for an internationally operating client in Extertal, to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.


Your responsibilities as a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d):

  • Preparation of payroll and salary statements
  • Management of recruitment, including applicant management
  • Point of contact for social security and income tax related questions
  • Liaison with various departments
  • Maintenance of personnel master data
  • Management of time tracking
  • Assumption of tasks in financial accounting as needed

Your profile as a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d):

  • Completed commercial education, ideally with further training as a personnel clerk/payroll accountant (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the mentioned tasks
  • Proficient in working with ERP systems (HansaLog) and MS Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, even in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
