In a nutshell, as a Supply Chain Operator, you will be part of the Purchase Order Management (POM) team. This team is responsible for ordering all the products we sell to our customers from our suppliers. Your focus will be on ensuring the availability of all products in the shop while minimizing discrepancies.

If there is an issue such as a delay from the supplier, a barcode problem, or an IT issue, you will be the one to answer the supplier's call or email and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

You will communicate daily with your POM colleagues, inbound and flow operators, suppliers, and category managers. You are a true team player and know the best approach to communicate with all the different stakeholders.

If a supplier is not meeting the service we expect, you will be the one to kindly but firmly convey the need for improvement.
