BRANCH MANAGER (m/f/d) in Munich - Moosbach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Overall responsibility for workshop and sales
  • Resultsoriented leadership of the team in line with our company values and leadership guidelines
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through honest, competent support and needsbased advice
  • Successful implementation of our sales and marketing concepts as well as acquiring new customers
  • Implementation/compliance with service standards and work methods
  • Development of the team and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed commercial training, preferably with further education in the automotive sector
  • Several years of experience as a manager, ideally with sales experience in the tire trade
  • Customer and service orientation as well as sales skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and reliability
  • Team orientation and enjoyment of working with people
