Associate Director, CMC Project Management

As an Associate Director in the CMC Project Management Team at BioNTech, you will work closely with the CMC lead to lead cross-functional teams in various development and late-stage CMC projects.

You will establish processes and structures to ensure efficient and consistent project management in line with the company's vision, mission, and goals, in collaboration with other CMC functions.

Your main responsibilities include:

Planning, coordinating, integrating, executing, monitoring, and closing complex multidisciplinary CMC projects
Integrating program strategy and operational execution across all functional areas and work packages to achieve program goals and team success (scope, budget, time, quality) in collaboration with the CMC lead
Leading crossfunctional teams (internal and external) in complex projects/sub
