has been working for 20 years as a recognized provider of free youth welfare services on behalf of regional youth offices.

We offer outreach concepts within the framework of outpatient family assistance / assistance for upbringing (HzE):

SPFH (Social Pedagogical Family Assistance)
Flex (Flexible Assistance for Upbringing)
Parenting Support
Systemic Family Therapy (outreach)
Outpatient Clearing
Autism Therapy (within the family system)
Crisis Intervention Program

Currently, Spektrum employs 3-4 pedagogical specialists, a pediatric nurse, and an administrative specialist. The three partners work as freelance therapeutic specialists. As Ms. Kummert will retire at the end of June 2024, a position as a partner will become available.

As partners, we are "team players" and share the leadership and administrative tasks (approximately 30% of working time) in close coordination with each other.
