The Occupational Medical Center (AMZ) of Charité sees itself as a central service provider and inter-company occupational medical service as a competence center for the health of employees and organizations within Charité and in the state of Berlin. As a competence center for employee health, the AMZ provides its consulting and support services based on the belief that healthy organizations need healthy employees. With its 90 employees, the AMZ provides care for approximately 180,000 employees and is divided into the Occupational Medical Service with internal and external areas, the Personnel Medical Service, the Prevention Service, and the Internal Service consisting of medical specialist assistance and administration.
