Back Office Personnel Services Clerk (m/f/d)

Look forward to a dynamic company and your area of responsibility:

  • Support of the dispatch team in employee search, hiring, and support
  • Creation and filing of contract and deploymentrelated documents in the system
  • Continuous maintenance of lists and employee data in the system
  • Organization of all necessary documents for proper order billing and time tracking
  • Preregistration of inquiries and orders in the system
  • Appointment scheduling and communication with employees and applicants
  • Support of sales staff, among others in the search for potential applicants
  • Responsible for creating applicant profiles for client companies
  • Posting of applicant/employee profiles on recruiting portals
  • Maintenance and placement of job advertisements through our industry software and on social networks
  • Careful contact recording and timely processing of followups

What should you bring?

  • Completed commercial training or a business administration degree
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience
  • Experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility or in a similar position is an advantage
  • You have a very good command of the German language in both spoken and written form
  • You place a high value on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Daily interaction
