part-time Dental Insurance Benefits Coordinator to join our fun and energetic team at SoCalSmiles Dental Office

We offer a
competitive wage of
$22/hour minimum, depending on experience.

In this part-time role, you can plan to work 3+ days/week: Mondays from 8 am to 4 pm, Tuesdays from 9 am to 6 pm, and Wednesdays from 8 am to 5 pm.


YOUR DAY
As our Dental Insurance Benefits Coordinator, you are responsible for managing patient experiences. Your duties include verifying insurance, presenting treatment options, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming calls efficiently. Your attention to detail and friendly attitude help ensure patients feel welcome and well-cared for when they arrive


REQUIREMENTS FOR A DENTAL INSURANCE BENEFITS COORDINATOR

  • 3+ years of experience as an insurance coordinator at a dental office
  • Willingness to learn/adjust to office and manager requests
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Team player mentality
  • Experience with Eagle Soft software (preferred)
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling (preferred)
