Description
This is your job:
- Telephone customer service
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Checking current orders
- Processing product returns and complaints
- Creating cost estimates and quotes
What will impress us:
- Commercial education (e.g. office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP/R3)
- Excellent English skills and technical understanding
