We are currently looking for a student assistant at our location in Menlo, IA, starting immediately or at the earliest possible date.

As a student assistant, you can gain exciting practical insights during your studies and contribute to the development of a future-oriented competence management system and ensure smooth workflows within the Fraunhofer Society.

• You will be part of the team of an ERP implementation project, where you will work independently and support the execution of work packages. Ideally, you can bring in previous experience and skills in the areas of qualification, communication, or IT projects.
• You will be responsible for research and translation tasks, quality assurance of existing materials, as well as administrative tasks and project management.
• You will support the creation of qualification materials, such as click guides, training simulations, and training formats, giving you exciting insights into various topics such as setting up a central knowledge platform, as well as training and development.
