Job Title:
Business Development Manager for MaaS/TaaS in Onarga, IL

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Strategy & Business Development department in Onarga, IL. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for our new business field, AD, MaaS & TaaS. This role will involve working across different layers of the organization to ensure the profitability of this business field. Building and maintaining partnerships, both internally and externally, will be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and optimize the business case for MaaS/TaaS in the EU, US, and China regions
Coordinate and synchronize assumptions across different layers
Provide recommendations for managing individual projects
Align planning documents and transfer them into planning rounds
Ensure the longterm profitability of the business field

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Fluent in German and English
Experience in strategy development and product management at Volkswagen
Experience with agile project work and new business models in the MaaS/TaaS field is desirable
Proficient in MS Office
Entrepreneurial mindset
Highly motivated to contribute to the development of the new MaaS/TaaS business field
Ability to collaborate across departments and brands
Excellent communication skills, both hierarchical and crossfunctional
