The Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration is currently seeking a temporary employee (m/f/d) for the position of Administrative Officer in the Staff Department 0- Integration Policy.

The position is classified as pay group 10 TV-L with 39.2 weekly hours or salary group A 10 with 40 weekly hours, and is to be filled as soon as possible to cover a maternity and parental leave.

The position is suitable for part-time work.

Responsibilities include:

managing and processing project funding, including reviewing expense reports; budget management and internal monitoring in the product area; identifying and enforcing reimbursements; handling and conceptual development of project funding and the neighborhood fund program, including providing advice; and assisting with the organizational implementation of events and participation formats (such as bs).
