We are looking for you in Leppersdorf as Head of R&D Focus Milk&Whey Ingredients, Cheese & Industrialization (m/f/d).

Your role

As part of the cross-location R&D leadership team, you will be responsible for initiating, planning and implementing projects for the development of new products as well as modifications to existing products at the Leppersdorf location.

You ensure the strategy of the Müller group as well as the location with appropriate know-how and competence building and transfer.

In addition to the industrialization of new products and optimizations in the freshness at the Leppersdorf location, you initiate and possibly lead research projects, also with external research partners.
