What you bring:

- at least one year of professional experience in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
- pleasant appearance and friendly demeanor
- very good German and English skills
- excellent expertise in the field
- entrepreneurial thinking and acting


Your tasks:

- working in our à la carte restaurant in all shifts
- maintaining guest contact and providing expert advice on food and beverage offerings
- training, motivating, and onboarding apprentices, interns, and temporary staff
- working in all F&B outlets and catering as needed
- ensuring effective and good cooperation with other hotel departments
