Our Swiss company group began in the early 1990s as a licensee and European distributor of the American workwear manufacturer Carhartt.

We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Berlin as a Customer Service DACH (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Support colleagues in managing wholesale customers
  • Customer support during preorder appointments
  • Customer support during offseason
  • Administrative and organizational support in the showroom
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Potential to manage DACH customers in the future

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education or business administration degree
  • Experience in the textile industry (retail/wholesale)
  • Experience in visual merchandising/presentation
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision is a plus
  • Independent and organized
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
