We are looking for a motivated educator to join our small daycare center in Berlin Neukölln. The position involves working with a mixed-age group of 25 children, ranging from one year old to school age.
We are a young organization dedicated to shaping and supporting the early stages of children's lives.

Our pedagogical approach focuses on providing children with tools for self-realization in the present, as well as preparing them for future life situations by helping them recognize and experience connections between their surroundings and senses.

Our goal is to empower children to become responsible, independent, conscious, and school-ready individuals. To achieve this, we follow the situational approach.
