Pay range

Guaranteed pay $19.00 /h with tips: $16.5/hrs + tips

(usually average around $22-$24/h with tips )

Responsibilities includes:

Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and paper towels.
Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Have barista Skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso
Receive guest payments and process transactions.
Place end of day orders on our online platforms
Make crepes & sandwiches
Opening and Closing

- side work before or after your shift
- delegate to your baristas
- place daily food orders
- handle customer complaints

End of day cash report

Qualifications
*Be reliable, honest and punctual *Upsell to increase average ticket *Have a valid food handler license *Have hospitality or food service experience *Have at least one experience as shift lead
