Vivafloors was founded in 2010 in Goor, in the Dutch province of Overijssel. Our team is well-coordinated, dedicated, and a leader in the field of design flooring. We are familiar with trends and always strive for the perfect balance between top quality, durability, and easy maintenance.


We are currently seeking a District Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our sales department in Germany, specifically for the East Germany region.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Maintaining and expanding customer contacts in the assigned region: regular visits to customers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new customers
  • Collaborating in the creation of new marketing concepts
  • Monitoring the market and analyzing competition
  • Preparing and conducting inhouse exhibitions, trainings, and seminars for customers in cooperation with the marketing department
  • Participating in sales meetings/trade fairs
  • Supporting and training employees in the trade
  • Reporting from the assigned region

What qualifications do you need?

  • Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of successful sales experience, ideally in the flooring industry or other industries in the field of interior design
  • Sales and serviceoriented thinking and acting
  • Customeroriented appearance, open and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Teamwork, independence, resilience
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs and CRM systems
  • Your place of residence
