'The UKH Service GmbH is a majority-owned subsidiary of the University Hospital Halle (Saale) AöR. Founded to provide tertiary non-medical services.


To expand our team at the University Hospital in Halle (Saale), we are currently seeking a
Facility Manager (m/f/d) in full-time.


Your responsibilities

  • You ensure that quality requirements in hospital cleaning are met
  • You organize and monitor all operational processes in maintenance, operating room, special and disinfecting cleaning
  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating your own team, consisting of a maximum of 40 people
  • You ensure that hourly requirements are met and contribute to quality assurance
  • Developing recommendations for improving your area of responsibility is also part of your job
  • You are the contact person for the client and users of the hospital complex

Your qualifications

  • You have completed vocational training in the field of building cleaning
  • You can provide a clean extended police clearance certificate
  • You are proficient in common hardware and software
  • You have leadership experience and are an empathetic team player
  • You are reliable, committed, and motivated
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are willing to work at least one, but a maximum of two weekends per month
