The Lebenshilfe Westpfalz is the operator of various companies and facilities for people with disabilities in the areas of children, housing, leisure, and work in the Kaiserslautern, Donnersbergkreis, and Zweibrücken regions.

With 850 employees, we are responsible for five residential facilities for adults with predominantly cognitive disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our facility in Kirchheimbolanden.

Permanent, full-time position

As the Residential Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the content, conceptual, and organizational leadership of our facility, which houses a total of 36 residents and employs around 40 staff members.

The facility was newly built in 2023 and is equipped with modern amenities. It consists of two separate houses located in a new development area close to the city center. Our clients live in three residential groups of six people each.

Your responsibilities include:

Organizational leadership of the facility (establishing new team and staff structures, adapting and implementing new processes and procedures)
Implementation and further development of the new conceptual orientation according to the Federal Participation Act
Staff management (e.g. scheduling, conducting employee meetings)
External representation (contact person for the concerns of legal guardians, cooperation partners, and neighbors)
Networking in the regional environment of the residential facility, etc.
