Tasks:

  • Collaboration in the area of mobile device management
  • Support for users in setting up mobile devices
  • Processing of tickets in the ticket system and troubleshooting
  • Packaging and shipping of mobile devices
  • Creation of reports and evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar field
  • Solid MS Office skills and experience with mobile devices
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
