As a Purchaser for Facility Management & Services, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies, methods, solutions, and processes, as well as cost optimization. You will be the main point of contact for this area in a team at the headquarters located in the beautiful city center of Frankfurt, and will work in an international environment.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and conducting requests, including comparing offers and independently negotiating and concluding contracts
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical procurement for the services sector
  • Leading relevant procurement networks
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies for the services sector, particularly in the following categories:
  • Facility Management (security, maintenance, construction, renovation, cleaning, cafeteria, catering, waste disposal, energy, furniture, maintenance contracts, etc.)
  • Services (office supplies, translations, insurance, literature, etc.)
  • Investments
  • Establishing and managing the supplier pool and supplier management
  • Conducting evaluations and analyses according to procurement activities

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sourcing
  • Experience in managing strategic projects
  • Flexible, open-minded, and a team
