Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an Operator Riding Team to join our dynamic team in Chapel Hill, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing riding team activities.

Your expertise in coordinating measures, planning accommodations and travel, and managing documentation will contribute to the success of our team.

You will work in a collaborative environment, using your analytical skills to drive efficiency and excellence in our riding team operations.


  • Support and coordinate the necessary measures for preparing, organizing, executing, and settling riding team issues
  • Organize activities for planning, preparation, and execution of the riding team, including accommodations and travel
  • Create reports, statistics, and analysis of the riding team
  • Organize business trips for the riding team
  • Manage employment documentation, including collecting and verifying returns and storing them in personnel records

Your Profile

  • Degree in a commercial field or related area; Bachelor's degree in business is preferred
  • At least 1
