The General Administration of the MPG is looking for a part-time (60%)
Human Resources Development Officer for Scientific Leadership (Job Code 75/24) for the
Department of Personal Development and Opportunities, Onboarding, Career & Development, starting as soon as possible.


Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and developing human resources development programs for scientific leaders at the MPG (directors, research group leaders) under the umbrella of the "Planck Academy"
  • Establishing and implementing target groupspecific events and seminar programs, from planning and organization to evaluation and quality management
  • Managing and developing the executive coaching program
  • Advising institutes on leadership, mediation, and team development
  • Budget planning for target groupspecific measures and management of the approved budget
  • Networking and communicating the offers and services within the Max Planck community

What you bring:
