_Your responsibilities:

  • As a team leader, you will plan and organize measures and be the first point of contact for your team and clients.
  • Training, leadership, and team building of your employees are part of your tasks.
  • You will plan personnel deployment, lead team meetings, and hold case discussions to ensure quality and successful placement results.
  • You will maintain cooperation and contacts with companies and clients.
  • The economic responsibility for your measure/project completes your area of responsibility.
