As a Team Member, some of your core activities will include:

  • Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
  • Operate the pointofsale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
  • Cleanup and organize customer area, production area, and backroom / storage.
  • Prepare and restock ingredients.
  • Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Requirements:

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

  • Must be able be available to work, day shifts from 11:30 am to at least 5:00 pm and nights and weekends as needed.
  • Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
  • Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.
  • Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
  • Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
  • Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
  • Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
  • Willing to perform all assigned activities.
  • Ability to interact productively with coworkers and function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
  • Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
