The Telesales Team Van & Truck in Hutchins, TX is currently looking for a Supervisor (m/f/d) with expertise, drive, and a heart for their colleagues.

What you will do:

You will act as a liaison between the team lead, telesales farmers, and other Van & Truck sales departments
As the first point of contact for the team, you will answer all technical questions and actively participate in training; especially during changes, you will regularly train the team
From a technical perspective, you will monitor performance and provide support during evaluation meetings, as well as provide technical coaching
You will work closely with the team lead on all technical matters
In the absence of the team lead, you will represent them in technical matters (team meetings & more)

What you bring:

You have a passion for sales and excel in sales skills
You are empathetic and able to identify complex customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
You speak German at a native level and ideally English (phone conversations should be no problem for you)
You love challenges and are motivated by goals
You have relevant professional experience in sales or account management
You enjoy telephone customer contact and your smile can be heard through the receiver
You are proficient in using
