We are a team in New Providence, IA with a mission to revolutionize how people approach their skin health. As a member of our team at System Akvile, you will focus on engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

You will have the opportunity to experiment with top-of-the-line marketing tools and play a crucial role in creating user journeys.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on measurable results and enjoys working collaboratively with the team. This role is based in our office in Hamburg.


Responsibilities:

  • As the first member of our growth team, you will manage experiments across all channels, including landing pages and lifecycle campaigns.
  • You will make datadriven decisions by analyzing product, app, and content data to identify opportunities for future tests.
  • Maintain an uptodate data dictionary to document our operations.
  • Within the first 6 months, you will become the goto expert for growth marketing at System Akvile.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience running marketing or product experiments, such as CRM, acquisition, landing pages, or funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to selfteach and continuously learn new skills.
  • Experience creating reports and sharing experiment insights with other teams.
  • A natural entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited resources.
  • Comfortable mapping user journeys.
