Your tasks:

  • Together with our onsite team at the customer, you will handle qualified support requests from IT employees (m/f/d) and key users (m/f/d) mainly through the ticket system.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation and conceptualization of our ECM/DMS solution into the infrastructure of our public clients, as well as updates, migrations, and operation.
  • You will independently analyze program and infrastructurespecific causes of errors and resolve them under certain customer conditions in your own responsibility.
  • You will create customerspecific reports on infrastructure and data inventory key figures for information management.
  • You will support the optimization and automation of our workflows with your ideas.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a relevant vocational training or a degree and have extensive professional experience in application support.
  • You have excellent knowledge of basic systems such as MS Windows Server, as well as crosscutting IT infrastructure topics.
  • Ideally, you have experience with relational databases (preferably SQL, MySQL).
  • Ideally, you already have support experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
