Your responsibilities

  • You will work in a team with colleagues and our clients from savings banks, banks, and insurance companies on projects focusing on our main topics:
    • You will accompany the (agile) transformation towards future-oriented organizations - pilot projects or holistic, but always with people at the center.
    • You will shape innovation processes, present relevant mega and macro trends, and deal with their impact on strategy and implementation.
    • You will constantly put yourself in the shoes of target groups such as young customers, best agers, or employees and develop solution proposals for their needs.
  • You will develop effective process models, design workshops, and conduct them with our clients in a way that creates the greatest possible benefit.
  • You will generate new approaches, contribute to our social media team, or get involved in internal initiatives.
