- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Coordination or Construction administration.
- Working knowledge of HVAC service and installation methods, equipment, and tools.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
- Capability to manage job deadlines efficiently.
