Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality
  • Perform outbound calling campaigns to engage with customers
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM software systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities such as Spanish are a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
