Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality
- Perform outbound calling campaigns to engage with customers
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities such as Spanish are a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
