Are you passionate about the internet as well as Excel, numbers, and data management? We are currently seeking a Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in the historic district of Würzburg.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the managing directors (administratively and organizationally)
- Managing electronic and postal correspondence, as well as invoice processing
- Monthly invoicing, invoice runs, and commission settlements
- Data management
Your profile:
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification, preferably with professional experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online and JTL Wawi desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
