On behalf of our client, a trading company based in Hamburg, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our recruitment process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in creating offers, processing orders, and communication with customers and suppliers
  • Monitor delivery dates
  • Check documents for accuracy
  • Organize travel and trade shows
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
  • Previous experience in an assistant role, ideally in the food industry
  • Precise, structured, and independent work style
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
