Our renowned client is currently seeking a commercial employee (m/f/d) for order processing with a focus on import and export in Leipsic, OH.

If you have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial education, we look forward to receiving your application.

What you will do:

  • Independent processing and administrative handling of (inter)national orders and purchases (from procurement to invoice creation)
  • Independent handling of export, import and customs processes
  • Correspondence in German and English with global business partners
  • Dynamic, independent collaboration with various departments
  • Provide new ideas for implementing futureoriented trends, process optimizations and business developments

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial education in wholesale and foreign trade, industry or freight forwarding/logistics
  • Professional experience in order processing, export or sales
  • Excellent MS Office skills, experience with merchandise management systems
  • Excellent German and English skills, French is desirable
  • High level of initiative, independence and reliability
