Production Department Manager Laboratory Diagnostics (m/f/d)

These are your new responsibilities

You will take on the leadership and strategic development of one of our production departments, whose components are used in our testing systems.

  • You will be responsible for the professional and personnel development of the department, which consists of approximately 100 colleagues. You will be supported by five team leaders who report directly to you.
  • You will coordinate the production and logistics of the pre-products, including the integration of our production site in Herrnhut-Rennersdorf. You will also be responsible for planning and ordering raw materials.
  • In order to continuously improve and scale up, you will develop new processes or optimize existing ones. You will also be responsible for organizing personnel and production planning for the department.
  • You will act as an important interface to the managers of upstream and downstream production areas and maintain constant communication with other departments, such as quality management and quality assurance, to ensure constructive collaboration.
  • You will always keep the common goals in mind and ensure that your department has the necessary information and framework to achieve them.
